St. John the Baptist, St. John’s, and St. Bridget’s parishes are looking for a part-time (averages 10 hrs. week) Bookkeeper. This person would be working from the Cluster office in Glenwood City with a remote work option after the probationary period. Schedule has flexibility. The bookkeeper works with the Secretary, provides accounting functions for our three Parishes, including but not exclusive to responsibilities below.

Director of Faith Formation (Eagle River, WI)
Come join our team! The NLCC is in search of a Director of Faith Formation. You would be responsible for the development, organization, and administration of the specified areas of religious education and Catholic formation program in fulfillment of the catechetical mission of the parish in cooperation with the pastor, parish staff, and Diocesan Department of Evangelization and Missionary Discipleship.
The ideal candidate will have or be willing to work toward advanced-level religious certification from the Diocese of Superior as well as complete Diocesan required Safe Environment Training. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, and a variety of social media platforms is preferred. A love of Jesus and working with youth is essential!

Youth Minister (New Richmond, WI)
The churches of Immaculate Conception and St. Patrick’s look to employ a Youth Minister. The Youth Minister is responsible for the development, organization and administration of programs for youth to fulfill of the catechetical mission of the parish in cooperation with the pastor, parish staff and Diocesan Department of Catholic Formation. This includes developing relationships and outreach with youth and their families, planning and implementing events and programs, and leading youth into a deeper life of discipleship.

Director of Catholic Formation (New Richmond, WI)
The churches of Immaculate Conception and St. Patrick’s look to employ a Director of Catholic Formation who will oversee the entire Catechetical ministries within our parishes. The director will be responsible for all programs within the Catholic Formation realm including the Sacraments, as well as managing direct report employees along with volunteers within formation programs. The director will foster and maintain relationships within the parish, office staff, Diocese of Superior, and St. Mary School along with the greater community. The director will build out curricula following guidelines set forth by the Diocese and work closely with our Pastor in selection of those programs. This individual would be passionate in their faith, enthusiastically committed to formation for all ages, and willing to serve as a spiritual leader and role model. As a director, they will be expected to have a strong on-site presence, both in the office and at programs.

Executive Assistant to the Office of the Bishop - Diocese of Duluth
This position provides administrative support to the Bishop, Vicar General, and Chief of Staff. This position serves as the point of contact for Diocesan employees and community members. The Executive Assistant to the Office of the Bishop will prioritize, organize and coordinate the Bishop’s communication, promotion, and outreach to the mission fields. The successful applicant will possess a college degree or equivalent relevant experience with education or experience in public relations preferred. The successful applicant will possess an understanding and the ability to support the policies and mission of the Catholic Diocese of Duluth.
