Liturgical Ministry Coordinator (River Falls, WI)
St. Bridget Catholic Community in River Falls is seeking to hire a Liturgical Ministry Coordinator. This position is a parish ministerial leadership position focused on assisting the pastor and the parish in the planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating all liturgical and music needs of parish life.  Acts, at all times, as a servant leader for the parish, supporting, working and communicating effectively with all staff members and volunteers – particularly those in the liturgical music ministry areas. Director of Faith Formation (Eagle River, WI)
Come join our team! The NLCC is in search of a Director of Faith Formation. You would be responsible for the development, organization, and administration of the specified areas of religious education and Catholic formation program in fulfillment of the catechetical mission of the parish in cooperation with the pastor, parish staff, and Diocesan Department of Evangelization and Missionary Discipleship.

The ideal candidate will have or be willing to work toward advanced-level religious certification from the Diocese of Superior as  well as complete Diocesan required Safe Environment Training. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, and a variety of social media platforms is preferred. A love of Jesus and working with youth is essential!

Youth Minister (New Richmond, WI)

Director of Catholic Formation (New Richmond, WI)
The churches of Immaculate Conception and St. Patrick’s look to employ a Director of Catholic Formation who will oversee the entire Catechetical ministries within our parishes. The director will be responsible for all programs within the Catholic Formation realm including the Sacraments, as well as managing direct report employees along with volunteers within formation programs. The director will foster and maintain relationships within the parish, office staff, Diocese of Superior, and St. Mary School along with the greater community. The director will build out curricula following guidelines set forth by the Diocese and work closely with our Pastor in selection of those programs. This individual would be passionate in their faith, enthusiastically committed to formation for all ages, and willing to serve as a spiritual leader and role model. As a director, they will be expected to have a strong on-site presence, both in the office and at programs.

Financial Assistant (New Richmond, WI)
Immaculate Conception and St. Patrick's parishes are looking for a part-time Financial Assistant (up to 20 hrs. per week).

• Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and other detailed records
• Process accounts payable and receivables
• Reconcile all church, faith formation, and other parish-related general ledger accounts
• Process payroll
• Prepare monthly reports for the finance council and other reports as requested

• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and ADP
• 1-3 years or more of accounting experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Business Manager/ Executive Assistant  
Real Presence Radio is looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Business Manager/ Executive Assistant. The Business Manager will oversee daily operations, including financial and clerical tasks, to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping. In the role of Executive Assistant, this position will support the Executive Director by managing, planning, and preparing for RPR's activities. Ideal candidates should have an associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, or equivalent experience with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial management.
