Bookkeeper (Glenwood City, WI/Remote)
St. John the Baptist, St. John’s, and St. Bridget’s parishes are looking for a part-time (averages 10 hrs. week) Bookkeeper. This person would be working from the Cluster office in Glenwood City with a remote work option after the probationary period. Schedule has flexibility. The bookkeeper works with the Secretary, provides accounting functions for our three Parishes, including but not exclusive to responsibilities below.

Director of Faith Formation (Eagle River, WI)
Come join our team! The NLCC is in search of a Director of Faith Formation. You would be responsible for the development, organization, and administration of the specified areas of religious education and Catholic formation program in fulfillment of the catechetical mission of the parish in cooperation with the pastor, parish staff, and Diocesan Department of Evangelization and Missionary Discipleship.
The ideal candidate will have or be willing to work toward advanced-level religious certification from the Diocese of Superior as well as complete Diocesan required Safe Environment Training. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, and a variety of social media platforms is preferred. A love of Jesus and working with youth is essential!

Youth Minister (New Richmond, WI)
The churches of Immaculate Conception and St. Patrick’s look to employ a Youth Minister. The Youth Minister is responsible for the development, organization and administration of programs for youth to fulfill of the catechetical mission of the parish in cooperation with the pastor, parish staff and Diocesan Department of Catholic Formation. This includes developing relationships and outreach with youth and their families, planning and implementing events and programs, and leading youth into a deeper life of discipleship.

Director of Catholic Formation (New Richmond, WI)
The churches of Immaculate Conception and St. Patrick’s look to employ a Director of Catholic Formation who will oversee the entire Catechetical ministries within our parishes. The director will be responsible for all programs within the Catholic Formation realm including the Sacraments, as well as managing direct report employees along with volunteers within formation programs. The director will foster and maintain relationships within the parish, office staff, Diocese of Superior, and St. Mary School along with the greater community. The director will build out curricula following guidelines set forth by the Diocese and work closely with our Pastor in selection of those programs. This individual would be passionate in their faith, enthusiastically committed to formation for all ages, and willing to serve as a spiritual leader and role model. As a director, they will be expected to have a strong on-site presence, both in the office and at programs.

Financial Assistant (New Richmond, WI)
Immaculate Conception and St. Patrick's parishes are looking for a part-time Financial Assistant (up to 20 hrs. per week).- Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and other detailed records
- Process accounts payable and receivables
- Reconcile all church, faith formation, and other parish-related general ledger accounts
- Process payroll
- Prepare monthly reports for the finance council and other reports as requested
Qualifications:- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and ADP
- 1-3 years or more of accounting experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Coordinator (Hudson, WI)
The Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Coordinator will serve Saint Patrick Catholic School in providing CGS to the school students from:- 1st Choice: 3K-Preschool to 2nd grade in Atriums Level 1 and 2. 40 hours a week (full-time)
- 2nd Choice: 3K-Preschool to Kindergarten in Atrium Level 1. 20+ hours a week (part-time).
The candidate will also serve as a liaison to the Youth and Family Discipleship Team’s CGS programing.
Responsibilities:- Lead, teach, and/or assist in the Atriums.
- Keep records and communicate with parents.
- Recruit, acquire, support, and guide volunteer catechists and assistants.
- Maintain atrium materials and environment.
- Attend Weekly School Staff Meetings.
- Collaborate with Classroom teachers to ensure CGS is supported in classroom religion classes.
Qualifications:- Practicing Catholic
- Trained in Level 1 CGS (or in the process)
- Ideally trained in Level 2 CGS (or in the process or willing to continue with training)
- Love for children and desire to help them in their personal faith development.
- Ability to pass Safe Environment Training and a Background Check

The Diocese of Superior is seeking a full-time Building & Grounds Maintenance Technician at the Chancery in Superior. This position is responsible for performing repairs and general maintenance work of buildings, grounds and mechanical equipment including heating and air systems, electrical, plumbing tasks and general cleaning of offices.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years in building and grounds management as well as knowledge and training in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, lawn care, landscaping, snow plowing, blowing and general cleaning.

Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator
The Diocese of Superior is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator at the Chancery in Superior. This position provides clerical and administrative support for the activities and special projects of several department directors. In addition, this individual will serve as Front Desk Coordinator, answering phones, overseeing the reception area, greeting guests and managing the copy and mail machines.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of work experience as an administrative assistant; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook, and Publisher) and the use of general office equipment; ability to prioritize work; strong attention to detail, proofreading, problem-solving, organizational and time management skills. A practicing Catholic is preferred.

The Diocese of Superior is seeking a full-time Human Resource Coordinator at the Chancery in Superior. This position is responsible for tasks directly related to hiring, developing and managing employees and is a resource person to all employees on benefit, policy and payroll related questions.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate must have a minimum of an associate degree in business or human resources, with three (3) years’ experience in the field of human resources, management and/or social sciences. Supervisory experience and knowledge in human resource management and employment law together with the ability to coach others and to think strategically. A practicing Catholic is preferred.

This full-time position is crucial in supporting our mission by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of our donor and contribution records.
