GOAL:
The children will discover that through Baptism each person is called to be a disciple of Jesus and a member of God's family.
The children will learn to:
Celebrate Advent/Christmas and Lent/Easter using various prayer forms. (1163ft)
Show reverence for the Bible, prayer and worship space, rituals and sacramentals (101-4, 131-3)
Name and describe the purpose of these sacraments:
Baptism as welcoming and belonging (1267-70, 1997, 804)

Eucharist as sharing a meal (1325, 1402)
Tell Bible stories in the child's own words, to include: (131-3, 104-5)
