The Department of Finance is responsible for the overall financial management of the diocese and the stewardship of fiscal resources in support of the mission and goals of the diocese. Its specific responsibilities involve accounting, budgeting, accounts payable, receivable, financial analysis and the annual audit. In addition, financial services are provided for the St. Pius Priest Retirement Fund. The Department of Finance also assists parishes in building projects and renovations.
Employee Benefits administrates many benefit programs for priests and lay employees of the chancery, parishes, schools and other institutions. These include health, prescription, dental, voluntary/term life, long-term disability, Section 125 and a 403(b) retirement program. ( A password is required)
